Terms of use

1. What we provide

Free calculators, reference pages and data derived from published government schedules. We may add, change or remove tools or features at any time, and we do not promise that any tool will stay available.

2. Accuracy

We work hard to keep figures correct and dated, but schedules change and documents can be unclear. Results are estimates provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or availability. Confirm any amount with the issuing department before you rely on it. See the disclaimer.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal or business purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or try to get around rate limits or security checks;
• send automated traffic at a volume that degrades the service for others;
• use the contact form to send spam, advertising, malware or anything unlawful;
• present our tools or results as an official government service.

4. Public data endpoints

Some tools expose read-only JSON endpoints. You may use them in your own projects with a link back to the tool as the source. Cache responses rather than calling them for every page view of your own site. We may rate-limit or block traffic that affects other users, and endpoints can change without notice.

5. Content and intellectual property

Government schedules and laws belong to the public bodies that issue them. The site design, code, text, graphics and the way data is organised belong to Tools for Pakistanies. You may quote short passages and individual figures with attribution. Copying whole pages or republishing the site as your own is not allowed.

6. Third-party sites and ads

Links to government portals and other sites are provided for convenience; their own terms apply. Pages may show advertising from third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of ads or linked sites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tools for Pakistanies is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of the site or reliance on its results, including penalties, fees or missed deadlines. The site is free; our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero rupees where the law permits such a limit.

8. Privacy

How we handle the little personal data we receive is described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
