About AutoTax

AutoTax, part of Tools for Pakistanies, turns the vehicle tax schedules published by provincial Excise departments and the Federal Board of Revenue into a calculator and a set of reference pages. Every rate row on the site carries a link to the document it came from.

How the data is kept

Rates are stored by fiscal year. When a Finance Act changes a schedule, the new year is added alongside the old one rather than replacing it, which is what makes the year-on-year comparisons possible. The site currently holds 1569 rate rows across 5 fiscal years and 228 registration codes.

Corrections

If a figure does not match your Excise receipt or a newer notification, send it through the contact form (choose "Report a data error") or email contact@toolsforpakistanies.com with the source, and we will check and update it.
