- Open the Balochistan Excise vehicle verification service.
- Enter the registration number as printed.
- Confirm owner and vehicle particulars with the registration documents.
- If the online record is missing, the Quetta Motor Registration Wing can confirm it in person.
Before buying, check that the engine and chassis numbers in the Excise record match the numbers stamped on the vehicle, and that the token is paid up to 2026-27. Unpaid tokens usually have to be cleared before a transfer goes through.
